When should I expect my recipient to receive their flowers?
Our specialized floral couriers pick up your delivery for local areas at 2pm, hence the cut off time for same day delivery. Anytime between 2pm - 5pm depending on how far away the address is. Further away areas such as Darfield, Kirwee and Akaroa are again taken on other couriers that don't just deal with flowers, so because of the distance and other deliveries most of these deliveries won't arrive until the afternoon. We have to have these orders in before 10am on the day. If you want your flowers delivered at a certain time, please let us know in the notes at the checkout, or call us in the shop.
How much does delivery cost?
To get an accurate deliver price simply add the product to your cart, and it will be calculated off the gift recipients post code.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, around Canterbury and Selwyn on weekdays if your orders are in before 1:30pm. We deliver to Governor's Bay on Tuesday and Thursdays. Orders to Darfield, Kirwee and Sheffield etc must be in before 10am the day of if you are wanting same day delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, but you can pick your order up in store during opening hours if you do not wish to pay delivery. Just let us know the time when you pick up your order.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
As we close at 2 pm on Saturdays we are unable to offer same day delivery on weekends. We are able to do Lincoln and Christchurch morning orders. We do not deliver to Darfield, Leeston or other rural areas on the weekends. We are closed Sunday so your Sunday orders will be sent out on Monday or Saturday, depending on when you send them through.
